Included in the booking price are: water, electricity, complete bed linen, hand/shower towels per person, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, table linen, kitchen linen, clothes drying rack, dishwasher, barbecue/mobile charcoal and gas/grill fireplace, 1 baby cot/travel crib, 1x baby high chair, check-in/check-out fee. Private parking spaces at the house and free parking spaces for boat trailers are available. Free WIFI internet with our password. Baby cot and baby high chair are available upon request. Beds are made, towels are provided, We will personally welcome you. Upon arrival, we will hand over the apartment keys and offer you a welcome drink.

- To secure and confirm the reservation, an advance payment of 30% of the total reservation amount is required.
- The remaining amount of 70% from the total reservation price will be charged upon arrival.
- The guest can cancel for free 50 or more days before arrival.
- If cancelled within 50 days before arrival, the guest will be refunded 100% of the deposit amount.
- If the guest does not show up on the arrival date, we will not refund the paid amount.
